Just the most perfect service and final piece! Ben instantly made me feel at ease when I asked if he could alter my mums wedding dress for me. Even when I asked if it could be done in weeks rather than months he never batted an eyelid! So calm and professional and managed my expectations so incredibly well. The dress I left with was a beautiful timeless piece perfectly tailored to myself while honouring what my mum had worn 40 years earlier.
